Changing of blade requires the remove of the lock-stop (U-protection) using a suitable tool, e.g. screwdriver, etc. This method ensures that only authorized operators can effect the blade change and the risk of small parts and/or blades entering the production train is eliminated (very important for food processing industry applications!)
