Same as OPTISAFE®, but with extra-long blade outlet (21 mm). For work with triple-walled corrugated board boxes. The blade push can be used by both right and left handed operators - it cuts both ways! Ergonomically styled plastic handle with metal wear-protector at the blade outlet. Very difficult to defeat the safety system. "GS-TESTED FOR SAFETY". Easy blade change: no extra tools required.

Typically, users of safety knives with automatic blade return needed to be trained to release the blade push during the cut in order to enable the auto-retract function. Only minimal training is necessary. The ingenious mechanism within the MAXISAFE will automatically return the blade to the safe position at the end of each cut regardless of the position of the blade push.
