Same as COMBI No. 109737, but requires a special tool to open the blade cover, thus preventing unauthorized access to the blade. (very important for food processing industry applications!). "GS-TESTED FOR SAFETY". The required Lock Screw Wrench must be ordered separately under No. 9855!
